Company Secretary – 1 year
Each subsequent year cost: 700 Euro

Notes:

  • The Documents are not notarized or Apostilled.
  • The Company is not registered for VAT. Most Cyprus companies are subject to VAT registration.
  • The Client shall have to appoint their own Directors and Shareholders.
  • The Company does not have a bank account.
  • The price does not include Courier fees, which shall be paid by the Client on a cost basis, depending on the location of the client.
  • All Cyprus companies are required to conduct accounting and submit all required statements to the Cyprus Inland Revenue Service.
  • The Registered Office service includes just the receipt of the mail in the office. The mail will not be forwarded. The Client has to ensure collection of the mail from our office. We will not service notice when such mail arrives in the office.
  • The Secretary Service is for compliance only. The Secretary service does not include extra work, required by the client, apart from the minimum mandatory activities required by law.
