Can I pay zero taxes ?

While we all aim of paying no taxes, if someone tells you that you (or him) can arrange a structure to pay no tax at all, you are lied to.

First, taxes can come in may shapes. One of them, which is often hidden, is the company registration cost and the company maintenance cost. This is not a proper tax, but the ultimate effect is the same: you have to pay some money to somebody.

Therefore, when someone tells you you will pay zero tax, in fact you are shown just one part of the story. You will pay some taxes anyway ,even if you call them “fees”, “government fees”, ” registrar fees”, “registered address fees” or “registered agent fees” etc. They are just taxes or pseudo taxes. The overall effect is the same as if they were taxes.

So, a short and correct answer to the tile question is NO. You are not going to escape paying all the taxes.

But, you can try and pay lower taxes, by creating legal structures and agreements that will have an outcome close to the ideal.

The tax optimization can help you pay significantly lower taxes than you would pay in most industrialized  or emerging countries.
