Includes:

Company registration;
The company registration fee to the BVI Government.
Registered address for 1 year;
Registered agent for 1 year;
Set of copies of the primary documents certified by Notary and Apostille for international use;
Delivery of the original corporate documents.

Each subsequent year cost: 650 USD

Notes:

  • It is highly advisable for the client to purchase the Nominee Shareholder and the Nominee Director or the client should appoint their own shareholder and director.
  • It is also advisable to purchase at least another  set of apostilled copies of the company documents (250 USD) and to order the Registration of the names of Shareholders and of the Directors in the Registry of Companies (2×250 USD).
  • It is also advisable to apostille the Original Certificate  of Incorporation when you order the company (150 USD) as well as a Certificate fo Good Standing and a Certificate of Incumbency. These are useful when you want to open a bank account for the company.

Notes:

  • It is advisable to purchase our own Intellektus  Premium Directors Service, which includes up 15 operations/year, that is documents signed by the nominee directors and/or shareholders.  This will add a more powerful note to the company as being managed from the off-shore location.
  • It is also advisable to purchase at least another  set of apostilled copies of the company documents (250 USD) and to order the Registration of the names of Shareholders and of the Directors in the Registry of Companies (2×250 USD).
